IFSCA 2023 Recruitment – Age Limit @ifsca.org.in

  • Age minimum: not applicable
  • Age limit: 30 years old.
  • According to the rules of the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) for Grade A Recruitment 2023, there will be an age relaxation.

Pay Scale of IFSCA 2023 Recruitment

A Grade A officer’s pay scale is Rs. 44500-2500(4)-54500-2850(7)-74450-EB-2850(4)-85850-3300(1)-89150 (17 years).

At the minimum of this scale, the gross emolument includes IFSCA’s contribution to the National Pension Scheme (NPS), Grade Allowance, Special Allowance, Dearness Allowance, Family Allowance, Local Allowance, etc. A monthly salary of Rs. 14,300/-.

Eligibility Criteria for IFSCA Assistant Manager 20 Posts

An MBA (Finance) with a specialization in Statistics, Economics, Commerce, or Econometrics is required. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology, or master’s degree in computer application or information technology.

Alternatively, a Bachelor of Commerce with an MBA, CA, CFA, CS, or ICWA. The degree must be from a recognized university in the field of law or any other discipline.

Mode of Selection in Ifsca Assistant Manager

There will be three stages of selection: a screening examination online in Phase I, a second examination online in Phase II, and an interview in Phase III.

An online screening examination consisting of two papers (Multiple Choice questions of 100 marks each) will be conducted in March/April 2023 (tentatively). There will be the following components to the exam:

  • Hall Tickets will be issued to candidates shortlisted for Phase II.
  • In Phase II, Paper 2 will have negative marking (1/4th of the marks)
  • (III) In Phase II, a minimum of 30% will be required for Paper 1 and a minimum of 40% for Paper 2.
  • In order to be shortlisted for Phase III, candidates must obtain separate cut-off marks in each paper and an aggregate cut-off mark of 40% in Phase II (weightage of 1/3 for Paper 1 and 2/3 for Paper 2).
  • The candidates who meet the above criteria will be shortlisted in order of merit for Phase III, which is the interview. Shortlisted candidates will be posted on the IFSCA website.

It is important to note that all question papers (in both Phases, except for the test of English) will be given in both Hindi and English.

Interview

Candidates who have been shortlisted for interview will be contacted. Applicants who are not shortlisted for Phase II and Interview will not receive a refund of their application fee. Marks obtained in Phase II will be given a weight of 85%, while marks obtained in interview will be given a weight of 15%. A modification of the selection procedure may be made by the IFSCA if deemed appropriate.
